Terms and Conditions

  • Quotations will be submitted based on the client branding enquiry /request.
  • Upon acceptance of the quote, a 50% deposit is payable before commencement of the job and/or artwork design and preparation.
  • Should the customer be supplying the artwork, it is to be supplied in acceptable format and size for the branding technique chosen.
  • An additional fee may be incurred for artwork redraw/ setup if the artwork is not in the correct format for the specific print/branding technique.
  • Job will only commence once funds have cleared in the bank. Thereafter artwork proof and a branding mock-up approval form will be submitted to the client.
  • Should client require any changes, 1 change request may be made whereafter a new artwork approval/branding mock-up form will be submitted for approval. Change requests may require a 24 hour lead time.  Please keep in mind that these changes may delay final delivery dates.
  • Production will only commence upon receipt of a signed and accepted final artwork and mock-up approval form.
  • Approximate delivery dates will be advised once the final artwork is approved.
  • Factors such as stock availability, time of year and complexity of the job may influence lead times.
  • No cancellation of orders will be accepted once the final approved artwork has been received.
  • Bramble Branding cannot accept returns on any personalised branded items.
